These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moneli website (“Website”), including any content, features, and services made available on or through the Website. Separate “Online Store Terms” apply to purchases made through the Store checkout.
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2) Website purpose
The Website provides information about artworks, artists, exhibitions, and (where available) enables purchase of physical artworks and related goods through the Store.
NFTs may be displayed for exhibition/information. Unless we expressly state otherwise, NFTs are not sold through the Website.
3) Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are under 18, that you are acting with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
4) Acceptable use and prohibited actions
You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
You must not:
A. copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, or exploit Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
B. scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data, metadata, images, or content from the Website (including via bots, crawlers, or automated tools), except where expressly permitted by law;
C. conduct unauthorised text and data mining of Website content and metadata;
D. frame, mirror, or re-host substantial parts of the Website on another service;
E. interfere with security features or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers, or networks;

5) Artwork availability; enquiries
Where an artwork is displayed as “available” or similar, this means we believe it may be available for sale at that time. Availability is not guaranteed (e.g., parallel enquiries, artist decisions, logistics, waiting lists). We may confirm availability only after we accept an order or confirm the sale in writing.
6) Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Website (including text, design, graphics, photographs, and software) is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
Artwork images may be subject to artist, estate, or third-party rights. Your ability to use any artwork image is limited to viewing on the Website unless we grant additional rights in writing.
7) Third-party links and marketplaces (NFTs)
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including NFT marketplaces (e.g., OpenSea, Foundation, Crypto.com NFT Marketplace). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
8) Disclaimers
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will always be complete or up to date.
Nothing on the Website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or tax advice, including information about NFTs.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website, including loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited (e.g., for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence).

Courts having jurisdiction: Competent courts of Poland.
Consumer mandatory rights remain unaffected.
